Made fresh each week, 750ml Dashi/stock made from Tasmanian seaweed and Cygnet shiitake mushrooms, seasoned with gluten free soy and mirin. This product is gluten free, vegetarian and vegan friendly.

This dashi works great for many cooking applications (hot pot, soup, stew, chawanmushi/egg tofu, hot or cold dressings etc)
