What dietary requests do you accept?
We are happy to cater to low gluten, low dairy, pregnancy, and pescatarian requests.
We do not cater to no-fish, FODMAP, or coeliac dietary restrictions.
If a guest has a shellfish allergy, we will need to know the specifics — is it all shellfish, only crustaceans, or only molluscs? These details must be discussed with us directly.
Any other allergies or dietary requirements must also be discussed in advance.
Please note: surprise dietary requests on the night will not be accommodated.
Do you have a wine list?
Yes — we offer a curated selection of wine, beer, and sake available for purchase.
Are there non-alcoholic options?
Yes — we have a range of non-alcoholic drinks, most of which are tea or tea-based.
I have a gift voucher — how do I redeem it?
If you’ve been gifted a voucher and would like to redeem it, please email us with your contact details, the number of guests, and your preferred reservation date.
If you’d prefer to make the reservation yourself, you can do so through our bookings platform. A deposit will be required, but this can be refunded to you on the night of your visit.
I need to change my reservation — how do I do this?
For any changes to your reservation — whether it’s a change of date or group size — please email us and we’ll make the necessary updates.
